Gaylord and tote bin liners are used to protect raw materials from a container that might be harmful to the product being processed, stored, or transported. Gaylord liners fit inside corrugated boxes, metal bins, fiberglass containers and plastic containers, and cover the bottom and the sides of the box in heavy duty polyethylene plastic.
Gaylord liners are manufactured using Prime Virgin FDA resins and have many industrial bulk processed applications.Our gaylord liners are available in all thicknesses and in various sizes. Gaylord liners are conveniently stored on neat, perforated, easy-to-dispense rolls.

Each box is a half-slotted container (lids are sold separately). By consolidating several smaller parcels into a Cargo Container, you can save on time and labor costs. Containerized shipping also discourages pilferage, plus it reduces damage and loss in warehouse storage and/or shipment. These boxes are used to safely transfer bulk product from 1 site to another. Cartons are made from 200 lb/ECT-32 Kraft corrugated material. Double wall cartons are made from 275# D.W./ECT-48 Kraft corrugated material.
Gaylord's durable containers are easy to load/unload while protecting irregular loads. They are lightweight and fit all modes of transportation. These environmentally preferable boxes contain a minimum of 60% recycled materials.
