This is a Military Photographic Film Map Plotting Lightbox Kit which came out of an Army Surplus estate and it is in good looking and in good working condition. This unit was made by the Webster-Chicago Corp. of Chicago, Ill. for the millitary. It features an all metal and glass Table-Film plotting table which comes with legs and when set up measures 27'(h) x13''x25.'' It was designed to be carried in the field, has stainless steel rollers on either side of the light box for pulling paper over the lighted area and comes with 10 circular 10'' glass plates, 110 electrical cord, and crank powered tubular radii which can be set up over the table. This unit is serial number 114 which indicates that there were probably very few of these made. It comes in an all metal case which measures 10''x15''x27'' and weighs 60 pounds.
